These terms govern your use of the Out Brush Services LLC ("Out Brush") website and our communications with you. Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a service contract; land-clearing work is performed under a separate written service agreement signed before work begins.

2. Estimates

Instant calculator results are estimates based on the information you provide. Final fixed project pricing is confirmed after county verification and an on-site assessment, and is locked in writing before our equipment arrives.

3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Out Brush offers customer-care text messaging to customers who opt in through the estimate/contact form on this website or by texting us first.

• Program description: messages about your estimate request, scheduling, project updates, and payment/service notifications from Out Brush Services LLC.
• Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and send no further messages.
